§04 · Support
Support is the part most studios skip.
Every program and every website ships with an optional monthly retainer. Response window agreed up front, in plain language.
01 — Why support
What happens to a website nobody watches
It goes stale. Browsers update, certificates expire, APIs change shape. A typo nobody noticed sits there for months. Forms quietly stop sending email — and we only find out when a customer complains.
Programs go stale faster. A database fills up. A scheduled job fails for a week. Nobody knows until the report opens with old data.
Support is the answer. You can choose to find out about problems from us, before customers do.
02 — What's covered
What monthly support actually means
- 01
Watched
Hosting, certificates, APIs, and forms — checked on a schedule, not when something is already broken.
- 02
Fixed
Bug fixes and small changes to shipped functionality, handled within the response window.
- 03
Updated
Content edits, copy changes, configuration tweaks — kept current as the project evolves.
- 04
Answered
Email and WhatsApp in business hours, with a response window agreed up front, in plain language.
03 — What no plan covers
Not included in any plan
Honesty about scope. The list below is never on the retainer; we quote for it separately.
- 01Ground-up redesigns or replatforms.
- 02Third-party integrations not previously installed.
- 03Migration to a new host or domain.
- 04New features that require more than the plan's monthly hours.
- 05Recovery from third-party outages outside our control (the upstream provider runs the recovery, we coordinate).
Work in excess of the plan rolls into the next month at the same rate, or is quoted as a separate change.
04 — Common questions
Frequently asked
No. Every project ships in a state that runs without one. A plan is the difference between finding problems before customers do and finding them after.
